The images show different groups of vendors at the same site. Use the marketplace layout for the upper tent row and community booths, and the food-and-activity layout for the curved tent row, trucks, DJ booth, and family area.
How to read this guide: “Upper,” “lower,” “left,” and “right” refer to the images as displayed, not compass directions. Descriptions below are visual references, not assigned booth numbers. Follow on-site staff for final placement and access. These illustrations are not an approved safety or emergency-access plan and do not identify every restroom, first-aid point, or accessible route.
Marketplace vendors
Look for the colored tent row above the baseball field in the marketplace layout. Masked Up Media Production has two separate red-tent spaces on the supplied image.

Food, refreshments & the curved vendor row
Follow the outside curve of the baseball field on the food-and-activity layout. Menus, prices, payment methods, and availability should be checked directly with each vendor; they are not specified on the supplied maps.

Family activities & DJ area
- Bouncy Houses & Yard Games: on the upper lawn, to the left of Celestial Treats in the food-and-activity image. Follow the activity operator’s age, capacity, and safety instructions.

- DJ Booth: the black booth and speakers on the upper lawn to the right of Celestial Treats. See the event guide for programming updates; the map does not assign performance times.
- Bring your lawn chairs: enjoy the music and community atmosphere while keeping walkways and access lanes clear.
Vendor setup, public hours & breakdown
- Only approved, registered vendors may participate. Check in with event staff and remain within your assigned space.
- Bring your own tables, tents, equipment, supplies, and power unless another arrangement has been confirmed. Do not assume electricity or water is provided.
- Food vendors and food trucks must have all required permits and approvals.
- Keep emergency lanes, sidewalks, walkways, and neighboring vendor spaces clear. Vehicle access may be restricted after setup.
- Maintain a clean, safe booth throughout the event. No early teardown before 8:00 PM.
- Follow instructions from event staff, security, police, fire personnel, and City of Cleveland officials.
The setup window is for vendors. Car-club arrival or staging times must be confirmed separately with the organizers.

The vendor directory contains additional vendor and partner profiles. A directory listing does not establish a booth position if that business is not labeled on these maps. For missing names, updated locations, or specific vendor questions, contact the organizers.
