🇵🇷 Vendor Permit & Health Requirement Reminder 🇵🇷
Vendors must complete all applicable permits, licenses, inspections, and health requirements by September 12, 2026, or forfeit their space without a refund.

Every Boricua Block Party vendor must complete the requirements that apply to their business before arriving at the event.
Use the official resources provided on our Vendor Forms page to review the permits, licenses, insurance documents, inspections, food-safety paperwork, and health requirements connected to your operation. Event acceptance and government approval are separate. Being accepted by Boricua Block Party does not replace any approval required by the City of Cleveland, Cleveland Department of Public Health, fire officials, or another responsible agency.
Food and beverage vendors are responsible for following every applicable public-health and food-safety requirement. This may include temporary food permits, safe food handling, temperature control, hand-washing equipment, approved water and waste procedures, fire extinguishers, inspections, and any additional documentation required for the products being served.
Vendor preparation deadline
September 12, 2026
Review your requirements, submit the correct paperwork, and keep copies of your approvals available.
Please do not wait until the last minute. We will continue publishing and sharing reminders through September 12 so every vendor has time to prepare and no one loses their opportunity because of missing documents.
Vendors who do not complete the required paperwork or follow the applicable health and safety rules will not be permitted to participate. The reserved vendor space will be forfeited, and vendor payments will not be refunded.
Our goal is not to remove anyone from the event. We want every participating vendor to arrive prepared, approved, and ready to serve the community safely. Please use the resources we have provided and contact us early if you are unsure about your next step.
Preparation protects your business, your customers, and the entire block. Thank you for helping us build a safe and responsible celebration. 🇵🇷
