Visitor information
Prepare for a welcoming day on the block.
Boricua Block Party is planned for 2820 Quigley Road, Cleveland, OH 44113. This page will be updated as the approved site plan and operating details become available. Please rely on official organizer announcements rather than unofficial social-media posts.
Make a day of it — bring your comfort setup.
This is an all-day outdoor celebration. Bring what you need to relax, connect, enjoy the music, food, culture, and community, and make yourself comfortable at Clark Field.
- Lawn chairs: Bring chairs for your family or group and enjoy the day together.
- Personal shade tent or canopy: Bring a small personal tent for shade and comfort, placed only where event staff direct. Keep walkways, neighbor areas, and emergency access clear.
- Grill and cookout supplies: You may bring a grill only for an authorized area and must follow on-site staff and fire-safety directions. Do not place a grill under a tent or canopy, and do not use one near walkways, vendor spaces, or emergency lanes.
- All-day essentials: Water, sunscreen, hats, weather-appropriate layers, a phone charger, and anything your family needs for a full day outdoors.
Please be a good neighbor: Pack out what you bring, use marked receptacles, keep your group’s area clean, and follow staff guidance if site conditions require a change.

Parking and transportation
Final public parking areas, accessible parking, passenger drop-off, rideshare locations, bicycle parking, transit suggestions, and restricted streets will be published after approval. Do not block driveways, alleys, hydrants, bus stops, or resident access.
Street closures
Closure boundaries and times are not final. The approved road-closure map will identify entrances, emergency lanes, vendor load-in routes, resident access, and reopening expectations.
Accessibility
The final access guide will identify accessible entrances and routes, seating, restrooms, drop-off, service-animal expectations, communication support, and the on-site assistance point. Use the Contact page early to request mobility, sensory, language, or other accommodations.
Weather
Outdoor programming may be delayed, changed, paused, postponed, or canceled because of severe weather or unsafe conditions. Official updates will appear in the announcement banner and Announcements page. Follow staff directions and move away from temporary structures during severe weather.
Emergency information
For an immediate emergency, call 911 and notify event staff. The final map will identify first aid, emergency access, organizer information, reunification guidance, and lost-child procedures. Keep children with a responsible adult and never enter restricted production areas.
Neighborhood respect
Use marked receptacles, keep sidewalks and home entrances clear, follow posted signs, respect residents, and support neighborhood businesses. Final times and operating instructions will be announced only after they are confirmed.
