Car-club staging and vehicle arrival instructions must be confirmed with the organizers. The vendor setup window should not be treated as a confirmed car-meet roll-in time.

Bringing a vehicle or a club? Contact the organizers for entry arrangements, vehicle placement, and arrival/departure instructions. Club registration requirements, capacity, fees, awards, and a separate roll-in time are not listed on the supplied flyers. Do not assume a display space is reserved.

Vendors, food trucks & sponsors

Arrive approved. Come prepared.

Only approved and registered vendors may participate. An application alone does not guarantee placement. Follow your written acceptance instructions and confirm unresolved questions with the event team before arriving.

Your booth checklist

• Remain within your assigned booth or location.
• Bring your own tables, tents, equipment, supplies, and power unless the organizers have arranged otherwise. Electricity and water are not guaranteed.
• Food vendors and food trucks must have all required permits and approvals. Use the official vendor forms and instructions and confirm your requirements with the organizers and the appropriate issuing authorities.
• Keep emergency lanes, sidewalks, walkways, and neighboring vendor spaces clear.
• Vehicle access may be restricted once setup is completed. Plan loading and unloading around the published setup and teardown windows.
• Maintain a clean and safe booth throughout the event.
• No early teardown before 8:00 PM. Breakdown is scheduled for 8:00–10:00 PM.
• Follow directions from Cleveland Boricua Block Party staff, security, police, fire personnel, and City of Cleveland officials.

Applications, fees & special requirements

Use the vendor application for food, drinks, art, retail, services, and community-resource participation. Tell the organizers about space needs, equipment, electrical needs, vehicle access, refrigeration, and other operational requirements. Acceptance, fees if applicable, insurance requirements, payment directions, and refund terms must come from your written approval packet—not an unofficial social-media message.

Approved participants can use the Participant Center and Vendor Forms. Sponsors can visit Sponsors for partnership information. Confirm any final availability or deadline directly with the team.

Clark Field: arrival, access & updates.

Use 2820 Quigley Road, Cleveland, OH 44113 for the Clark Field event location. The published organizer update identifies the main public entrance by the bridge. Older promotions may show West 32nd Street, another ZIP code, or an earlier venue label; use this Clark Field address and current event instructions.

Final parking areas, road closures, accessible routes, restroom locations, the performance running order, and weather notices should be checked through Announcements, the Event Map, and Safety & Accessibility. Do not treat a draft map or provisional schedule as final.

Please respect nearby residents and businesses, keep driveways and emergency access clear, supervise children, agree on a family meeting point, and follow posted signs and staff directions. Contact the organizers about accessibility or family needs in advance.
