Who should apply
Food and beverage operators, artists, makers, fashion and beauty brands, wellness providers, professional services, nonprofits, veterans organizations, and community-resource partners are invited to apply.
Priority may be given to Puerto Rican and Latino-owned businesses, Ward 14 and Cleveland-based entrepreneurs, culturally aligned work, distinctive products, and vendors whose setup contributes to a safe and welcoming event.
Application calendar
Standard deadline: July 15, 2026. Late applications may be considered only if space and category availability remain. The final application cutoff is August 1, 2026.
Vendor standards
Accepted vendors provide their own approved tent, weights, tables, chairs, staffing, signs, point-of-sale equipment, inventory, and waste removal. Electricity and water are not guaranteed.
Food vendors must obtain every required health, fire, operating, hand-washing, temperature-control, extinguisher, and inspection approval. Missing approvals or late arrival may prevent entry.
After you apply
Submission does not guarantee placement. Approved vendors receive a written acceptance packet with fees if applicable, insurance and permit instructions, load-in, public hours, site rules, inspections, payment directions, and refund terms.
