Guests can expect live music and dance, Puerto Rican and Latin food, local makers and retailers, wellness and civic resources, activities for children, and space to reconnect with friends and family.

About Ward 14
Rooted on Cleveland’s near west side.
Ward 14 is represented by Councilwoman Jasmin Santana. Cleveland City Council describes the ward as serving Clark-Fulton and Stockyards, along with portions of Brooklyn Centre, Tremont, and West Boulevard.
Following Cleveland’s 2026 redistricting, Ward 14 gained additional areas around Clark Avenue, West 14th Street, and Stockyards, plus two parks and the Clark Recreation Center. The ward’s neighborhoods reflect generations of immigrant, Latino, working-family, small-business, and community-organizing history.
Recent city work has included Ward 14 street resurfacing, with listed improvements on Seymour Avenue between W. 32nd and Fulton, Rowley Avenue, and Castle Avenue. Boricua Block Party celebrates this living neighborhood while encouraging guests to respect residents, sidewalks, homes, and local businesses.

The event location is W. 32nd and Sackett in Cleveland. Exact entry points, transit suggestions, parking areas, and road closures will be shared when permits and the site plan are final.
